1. Your rights
This policy explains what we offer. It does not take away your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy.
2. How to ask for a return or exchange
Contact us with your order number and the reason. [To confirm: contact email or phone.] We will tell you how to send the item back.
3. Damaged, faulty, wrong or missing items
Please tell us within [To confirm: number] days of delivery, with photos if you can. We will replace the item, or refund you, at no cost to you.
4. Change of mind
[To confirm: whether change-of-mind returns are accepted, the time limit, and who pays return delivery.] Items should be unused, with tags and packaging.
5. Personalised items
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as ordered.
6. Clothing and sizing
[To confirm: exchange policy for size.] Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags.
7. Wine, opened and perishable products
For health and safety, we cannot accept opened wine or perishable items back for change of mind. If wine is faulty or damaged, contact us and we will put it right.
8. Cancelling an order
You can ask to cancel before your order is dispatched. If it has been paid, we refund you in full. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after a short time.
9. Refunds
Once we approve a refund, we send it back through Flutterwave to the payment method you used. A refund is only shown as complete once Flutterwave confirms it. Banks and card issuers may take extra days to show it. [To confirm: typical Flutterwave refund times.]
10. Bulk and corporate orders
Returns and cancellations for bulk and corporate orders follow the quote you accepted. Your legal rights for faulty items still apply.
